Design & Copyright Protection Policy

At HS LADDER, we are committed to maintaining the originality, quality, safety and authenticity of every product we manufacture and supply. Our products are developed through significant investment in engineering, design, manufacturing standards and quality assurance. This policy outlines the legal protections applicable to all HS LADDER products, trademarks, designs, branding and related materials, and protects our customers from counterfeit products.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with HS LADDER — including but not limited to the following — is the exclusive property of HS LADDER:

• Product designs & appearance
• Product shape & structure
• Product specifications & dimensions
• Product engineering
• Product colour combinations
• Manufacturing methods
• Product packaging & labels
• Product branding
• The HS LADDER name & logo
• Marketing materials & catalogues
• Product images & technical drawings
• Website content & documentation

These rights are protected under the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Trade Marks Ordinance 2001, the Registered Designs Ordinance 2000, the Copyright Ordinance 1962, IPO-Pakistan regulations, and any other applicable civil and criminal intellectual-property laws.

2. Registered Rights

HS LADDER has invested substantial resources in developing its products and protecting its brand identity. Our intellectual property may include registered and legally protected:

• Trademark rights
• Design rights
• Copyrights
• Brand & product identity
• Commercial trade dress
• Product appearance
• Proprietary manufacturing standards

All registrations and legal protections remain the exclusive property of HS LADDER.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against Counterfeit Products

HS LADDER maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against counterfeit, duplicated, copied or unauthorized products. No individual, manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, retailer, online seller, reseller, importer, exporter or organization is permitted to:

• Manufacture identical products or copy HS LADDER product designs.
• Duplicate product appearance or replicate product colours.
• Copy product quality or specifications.
• Use similar branding intended to mislead customers.
• Sell products under the HS LADDER name without authorization.
• Publish duplicated product photographs or promotional material.
• Use the HS LADDER logo without written permission.
• Misrepresent counterfeit products as genuine HS LADDER products.

4. Unauthorized Use

Without prior written authorization from HS LADDER, no person or business may:

• Use the HS LADDER trademark or reproduce any HS LADDER design.
• Modify and rebrand HS LADDER products.
• Manufacture products substantially similar to HS LADDER products.
• Copy or imitate product packaging.
• Copy website content or marketing materials.
• Publish duplicated designs in print or digital media.
• Advertise counterfeit products using HS LADDER branding.

5. Identifying Counterfeit Products

Any product sold using the HS LADDER name or logo, a similar product design, colour scheme, branding or packaging, or a misleading product identity — without written authorization from HS LADDER — shall be considered an unauthorized and potentially counterfeit product.

Customers are strongly advised to purchase only from authorized HS LADDER dealers or approved sales channels.

6. Legal Enforcement

HS LADDER actively monitors the marketplace to identify counterfeit, duplicated or infringing products. Where any infringement is detected, HS LADDER reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings without prior notice. Legal actions may include:

• Legal & cease-and-desist notices
• Civil litigation
• Criminal complaint
• Court proceedings
• Claim for financial damages
• Recovery of legal costs
• Injunction orders
• Seizure of counterfeit goods
• Permanent restraining orders
• Compensation for commercial losses

7. Retailers, Dealers & Online Sellers

Any retailer, dealer, distributor, wholesaler, marketplace seller, social-media seller or e-commerce platform found selling counterfeit or unauthorized HS LADDER products may be held legally responsible under the applicable laws of Pakistan. Liability may extend to the manufacturing, distribution, import, export, storage, promotion, advertising and sale of counterfeit products.

Ignorance of infringement shall not exempt any person from legal liability where applicable under Pakistani law.

8. Customer Protection

To ensure product authenticity, customers should:

• Purchase only genuine HS LADDER products.
• Verify the HS LADDER branding.
• Avoid suspiciously low-priced products.
• Verify authorized sellers before purchasing.
• Report suspected counterfeit products to HS LADDER.

Counterfeit products may not meet HS LADDER quality, durability or safety standards and may pose safety risks.

9. Reservation of Rights

• HS LADDER expressly reserves all legal rights and remedies available under Pakistani law and applicable international intellectual-property principles.
• Failure to immediately enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
• HS LADDER may amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
