A simple, honest promise — if anything is wrong, we arrange the pickup ourselves.
15-day easy return
Within 15 days of delivery, if the ladder does not meet your expectations — provided it is unused and in its original packaging — you may return it. Choose either a full refund or a replacement product, whichever you prefer.
Damaged / defective — free replacement
If the product arrives damaged or defective, submit a claim with photos within 15 days of delivery — the replacement or refund is completely free. Registered customers can raise a return request directly from their My Orders page (with photos attached).
Conditions (kept simple)
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging (for easy returns).
- Please quote your order number (HS-…) — it is printed on your invoice.
- Clear photos are required for any damaged or defective claim.
- We arrange the pickup — free within Karachi, by courier elsewhere.
- Refunds are issued to your bank / JazzCash / NayaPay within 2–3 days of verification.
